The CSE of Airbus Operations is an associative structure, managed by employee representatives of Airbus Operations Toulouse, which brings together approximately 350 employees. Its missions are to support the daily lives of Airbus Operations Toulouse employees by offering them various services (collective catering, media library, activity and holiday offers for children, travel, sports activities, and access to facilities...) including a ticketing service which provides access to a wide range of products and services at preferential rates (gift vouchers from various retailers, wellness centers and swimming pools, cinemas, gyms, amusement parks, theaters and cultural activities, concerts and shows...).

As part of a retirement, we are looking for a Ticketing Service Manager H/F

Your missions

As the head of the service, you will be responsible for managing the ticketing activity and leading a reception team of 7 people. Your missions include:

• the construction and monitoring of the service's budget

• the definition of the offer, the pricing policy, and associated purchasing,

• the management of the supplier portfolio (approximately 200 referenced suppliers) with the support of the purchasing department,

• managing sales and marketing (via 7 points of sale and online ticketing) and monitoring sales,

• procurement and inventory management based on needs, periods, and forecasts,

• management of financial flows and cash collection,

• organization of the schedule and support for your team to ensure the quality of reception and the satisfaction of beneficiaries.

You

• possess a minimum of a Bac+2 diploma (equivalent to a higher national diploma or associate's degree) in commerce, marketing, management, commercial management, or sales administration,

• have proven managerial experience in B2C customer relations,

• are familiar with the challenges of managing financial flows and securing cash collection,

• distinguish yourself by your ability to propose, improve, facilitate, and bring people together with the aim of developing service quality,

• wish to join a meaningful organization with multiple social activities and an environment where team spirit and service are paramount.

Non-executive status with a fixed number of days working contract
