Job description
PHARMACEUTICAL COMPANY IS REQUESTING SANITARY MANAGER ZACAPOAXTLA ZONE REQUIREMENTS .Education Bachelor's Degree, QFB, Pharmacy, with degree and license.
.Experience 1 year in the position. Availability to travel ACTIVITIES
Review the arrangement of medications on each visit, ensuring that the PCPS First Expired, First Out system is respected.
Constantly report incidents or observations found in the pharmacy to the corresponding areas.
Maintain inventory control in the units under your charge.
Supervise the dispensing processes of medications to ensure compliance with established procedures and current regulations.
Maintain traceability of documents belonging to the legal folder.
Collect documentation eligible for collection on a bi-weekly basis.
Ensure knowledge and application of normalized operating procedures.
Train and evaluate personnel under your charge.
Ensure compliance with internal guidelines, dress code, schedules, attendance, and company policies with personnel under your charge.
Manage the requisition of necessary supplies to cover the operation of the pharmacy under your charge, considering stationery and cleaning materials.
Follow up on capture incidents in the pharmacy.
Supervise the completion of operating and regulatory logs and forms.
Receive visits from COFEPRIS or external audits that take place in the pharmacy.
Report absences, disabilities, vacations, among others, that may occur in the pharmacy to the corresponding area.
Follow up on requested activities such as transfers, cyclical inventories, incidents, etc., by the different areas.
Training for personnel on area processes
Follow-up and collection of documentation supporting fumigation services in the pharmacy
Follow-up and collection of documentation supporting calibration of measurement equipment services in the pharmacy
