A French premium chocolate house, Yves Thuriès conceives, manufactures, and markets its chocolate creations within a network of nearly 80 boutiques in France, composed of company-owned stores and franchises. Founded over 40 years ago by Yves Thuriès, a two-time "Meilleur Ouvrier de France" (Best Craftsman of France), the company (140 employees for approximately €20 million in turnover) perpetuates a chocolate-making know-how combining technical mastery, creativity, and passion, within its chocolate factory located in the Tarn region.

Integrated into the SALPA group, the brand aims for ambitious growth in its sales network (objective of about a hundred boutiques), which relies on a distinctive "Chocolatier-Récoltant" (Grower-Chocolatier) positioning and on the four founding values of its corporate culture: commitment, respect, conviviality, and creativity.

Retail Network Manager M/F

With the support of the head office support functions, you will be responsible for managing and ensuring the commercial performance of approximately twenty company-owned stores (around €6.5 million in turnover globally) located in Paris, the Île-de-France region, and the Northern part of France.

A true ambassador for the House in your sector, you will support Store Managers in developing their business and ensure the proper implementation of the company's commercial strategy and standards.

Highly present on the ground, you will combine commercial performance management, team management (around forty employees), commercial support, and operational support, in a logic of proximity and continuous improvement.

You will also contribute to discussions and projects aimed at strengthening the dynamic of the sales network as a whole and may be involved in franchise animation and development initiatives.

With a higher education degree in commerce, you have at least 5 years of experience in managing a retail network or multi-site retail management, ideally gained within a premium, specialized brand, or a brand with a strong focus on customer service.

Experience with a network combining company-owned stores and franchises is a plus.

You possess a strong commercial and results-oriented culture and enjoy analyzing figures, understanding performance gaps, and most importantly, transforming your findings into concrete actions to be implemented.

A unifying and attentive manager, present on the ground, you know how to instill dynamism and foster the growth of Store Managers. Autonomous and organized, you manage your activities with efficiency while reporting transparently to your superiors.

Finally, you have a genuine sensitivity to the product, customer experience, and quality service, and share the values espoused by the House.
