Quality Environment Health and Safety (QEHS) Manager H/F - Industry / Comp

On behalf of AD majoris, a creator of tailor-made thermoplastic composite solutions (automotive, aeronautics, household appliances, cosmetics, etc.), Innotalent is recruiting a Quality Environment Health and Safety Manager.

🎯 Your playground: Quality, above all

• Design, pilot, and maintain quality procedures (internal audits, meeting plans)
• Ensure the conformity of finished products against customer requirements, standards, and specifications
• Investigate the causes of non-conformities with the Methods, Production, and R&D teams, and propose concrete solutions
• Act as the internal customer representative and guarantor of their satisfaction
• Pilot the maintenance of IATF 16949 / ISO 9001 certifications

Requirements

Desired Profile

• Bachelor's degree (Bac+4) or equivalent experience
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a QEHS/QHSE role in an industrial environment
• Experience or knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 standards
• Proficiency with quality tools (FMEA, 8D, internal audit)
• Operational English
• Management or cross-functional team leadership experience appreciated
• Autonomous, rigorous, pragmatic — and above all, unifying: ability to engage teams without hierarchical authority
• Proficiency with SAP / Excel tools
