Quality Manager Fixed-Term Contract 6 Months - Renewable (M/F)

The missions of the Quality Manager are:

• Organize and maintain the quality management system and supervise its implementation at all levels of the company
• Define and implement the communication plan on quality policy and program
• Ensure good understanding and application of quality procedures and approaches through training and methodological assistance
• Identify and analyze quality problems and propose corrective actions
• Promote performance improvement plans, continuous improvement culture, and best practices among employees
• Define and monitor quality management tools (documentary system, indicators, etc.)
• Ensure regulatory and normative monitoring
• Prepare specific certification or accreditation procedures (ISO 9001)
• Participate in the implementation of the supplier quality management system
• Organize and supervise internal and external quality audits

Requirements

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of methods and tools specific to Quality.
• Knowledge of Quality standards, norms, and procedures
• Implement and manage the control system for compliance with procedures and quality assurance methods (audit plan, training, etc.)
• Lead certification projects
