Description of the job

As a quality responsible, you have the skills and experience to perform the following tasks:

Ensure the Direction in defining and drafting the Quality Policy
- Report on the functioning of the Quality System to the Direction
- Animate and participate in HACCP team meetings
- Manage product recalls and interface with relevant authorities
- Manage food safety
Maintain and update documentation systems
- Manage technical files for finished products and charge sheets requested by clients
- Manage customer complaints and implement product/process improvements
- Manage non-conforming materials (raw materials, semi-finished and finished products, packaging)
- Validate new suppliers
- Validate new raw materials and packaging
- Manage internal non-conformities
- Ensure the application of quality plans and control
- Ensure that the Quality System is compliant with legislation
- Follow up on employee training for all personnel
- Participate in developing new products
Ensure realization of internal audits
- Conduct, in collaboration with sector responsible persons, annual evaluation of suppliers
- Verify implementation of corrective action plans (following non-conformities found)
Conduct various external audits (annual and punctual)
- Be the reference person for IFS certification
- Verify implementation of corrective action plans (following non-conformities found)
Ensure annual calibration of measuring equipment (metal detectors, scales, temperature probes…)
FOLLOW UP ON SERVICE PROVIDERS (workwear, pest control...)
Allow development and perfection of FSC values in the company
- Ensure respect for good hygiene practices (GHP) and good manufacturing practices (GMP)
- Apply and apply procedures and instructions related to Food Defense, Food Fraud, and Food Safety Culture
Hold a first aid certificate in the workplace and be able to provide basic care (ensure certificate is up-to-date)
- Manage pharmacy material stock

Profile:

* Bachelor's or Master's degree level with at least 5 years of experience in an food quality department.
* First-hand experience in team management.
* Expertise on IFS Food, IFS Broker, Halal, Casher, HACCP references.
