With an annual production capacity of over one million tons of cement, Juracime (Cornaux NE), together with Jura-Cement-Fabriken AG (Wildegg, AG), represents the second largest cement producer in Switzerland. Under the name JURA CEMENT, it is part of the JURA Materials group, which belongs to the international construction materials group CRH. Both plants are regularly reinventing themselves to become more modern and exemplary, particularly by strengthening their contribution to the circular economy.

Ensure the operational management of all manufacturing facilities in the most rational way possible, while respecting quality assurance requirements and minimizing environmental impact
Continuously optimize and monitor production lines
Implement and enforce all occupational safety and health protection regulations
Ensure the availability of facilities and resources through optimal planning
Provide organizational and professional leadership for subordinate teams in the areas of production, production facilities, dispatch, infrastructure maintenance, and production planning
Coordinate and report with production
Assume costs, expenses, and budgeting
Participate in various improvement and development projects
Promote and train employees

Professional Profile
University degree in Science or equivalent qualification
Professional experience in industry and personnel management
Operational experience
Several years of experience in personnel management
Several years of experience in project leadership and/or management
Proficiency in French, solid knowledge of German and English.
MS-Office/SAP: very good knowledge
