Within Doctolib's Public Affairs team, you will play a strategic role at the heart of the French health ecosystem. Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Build, foster, and coordinate relationships with KOLs, professional associations, medical and paramedical orders, CPAM and URPS: regular follow-up, message sharing, representation of Doctolib in key bodies
- Secure the deployment of Doctolib's products by following up on conventional negotiations, digital reimbursement and subsidy topics, in conjunction with internal teams
- Develop and structure partnerships with patient associations and ensure local coordination of medical representations
- Act as a field liaison to the Product and Marketing teams: feedback from users, contribution to product arguments, monitoring of launches and conventioning topics
- Lead the content strategy for doctor profiles in collaboration with Customer Care, ensuring smooth management of friction and the ability to negotiate disagreements
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (Product, Customer Care, Marketing) to anticipate at-risk issues, contribute to crisis mitigation, and ensure a frictionless go-to-market
