Created in Paris in 2010, Jimmy Fairly is a French brand that offers quality glasses (optical & sunglasses) that are in tune with the times, at a fair price by controlling the entire value chain: from design to assembly (with a workshop in France), distribution (via our own network of boutiques), and including after-sales service.
Our ambition? To revolutionize the world of optics with an inspiring and accessible lifestyle experience, while having a positive social impact. The customer is at the heart of all our attention, and we limit intermediaries as much as possible.

What We Offer

Your Role

• Welcoming, advising, and building customer loyalty.
• Management and continuous training of your team.
• Eye exams in equipped stores.
• Highlighting products with our Visual Merchandisers with each new collection (every 3 months on average).
• Inventory management.
• Adjustments and repairs of glasses.

Position based in Geneva, Switzerland. (Opening soon!)

• Availability: March 2026
• Compensation: Fixed salary + bonuses

Profile Required

• Team spirit, leadership, a sense of business and customer service, and a desire to practice your profession differently.
• English is required, German is a plus.
• You must have a higher vocational training diploma in optics in Switzerland (optometrist) or Optician CFC in Switzerland.
