Key Account Interim Operations Manager - Permanent Contract M/F

Our Key Accounts department is looking for a Key Account Interim Operations Manager on a permanent contract to support our growth.

In this role, your responsibilities will include:

• The deployment of national agreements signed by key accounts. To this end, you will arrange appointments with sites (HR Managers, Operations Managers, Site Directors) to initiate partnerships and carry out commercial actions across the entire scope of the accounts.

• Participating in the identification of new prospects, helping to generate qualified appointments, and contributing to responses to opportunities and tenders.

• Being the preferred commercial contact for site managers: human resources managers, production managers, etc.

• Managing a team of 4 to 6 account managers, who are responsible for daily interaction with clients and candidates. You will train and develop the skills of your team members.

• Monitoring KPIs and analyzing them to implement corrective actions, if necessary, and ensuring the achievement of set objectives.

• Ensuring compliance with processes at our clients' sites and internally.

• Assisting the Business Unit Director in monthly or quarterly reviews.

You have a solid command of temporary employment legislation and payroll rules, and you are comfortable with dedicated management tools for this sector. Accustomed to analyzing performance, you know how to identify discrepancies and implement effective action plans, while managing KPIs.

With confirmed experience in key account commercial development or as an agency manager, you are recognized for your administrative and legal rigor, as well as your team management skills. You appreciate collaborative work and are proactive in evolving offers and commercial discourse.

Remuneration: a fixed salary of €46-50k gross per year, supplemented by a monthly variable component and a company car.
