Experienced Methods Machining Manager H/F

Job description

We are looking for an Experienced Methods Machining Manager H/F to join a industry located near Toulouse. Your missions : Define and improve the machining processes of hard metals (notably titanium, etc.) in collaboration with production teams. Pilot industrialization of new products and ensure their conformity to technical specifications. Analyze and optimize machining cycles, proposing continuous improvement solutions (cost reduction, productivity gains, ...). Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations. Develop and implement process improvements, ensuring efficient use of resources. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. Provide expertise in machining processes and techniques. Identify and address potential risks and opportunities for improvement. Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and partners. Ensure effective communication and coordination with stakeholders.
