Methods & Manufacturing Manager

Approach People Recruitment We are looking for a Methods & Manufacturing Manager to join a leading company in the industrial systems assembly automation domain. You are passionate about continuous improvement, industrial project management, and process optimization? You want to lead production methods, develop industrial Lean flows (JIT, DMAIC), and ensure a smooth, efficient, and compliant project execution (ESG, ISO 9001, etc.)? You have experience in manufacturing, production planning, and process control? You are familiar with industrial software (ERP, MES, etc.) and have knowledge of lean manufacturing principles? You are able to analyze and optimize production processes, develop and implement process improvements, and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards? You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and are able to work effectively with cross-functional teams? You are able to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously? You have a degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field, and have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role?
