Marketing Manager - Octobre Éditions (M/F)

As a continuation, Sézane came to life in 2013: the first French fashion brand born online. Then came to enrich this universe: Octobre Éditions for men, Les Composantes, this time dedicated to the art of living, and Petit Sézane for children.

Reporting to the management of Octobre Éditions, the Marketing Manager (M/F) defines and steers the brand's marketing strategy. From the 360° launch of collections to community and point-of-sale animation, including content, CRM, and collaborations, the Marketing Manager develops Octobre's desirability and contributes to its growth. This position is based in Paris (75).

Your main responsibilities will be:

1. Marketing Strategy and Brand Management

• Establish and manage Octobre's overall marketing strategy
• Develop 360° collection launch strategies, in conjunction with the brand's various teams
• Build the commercial calendar in coordination with the relevant teams

2. Paid Media and Content

• Manage the paid strategy in conjunction with dedicated teams
• Design editorial content across all platforms (newsletters, social media, paid media campaigns, website, application) in France and internationally
• Support the brand's social media strategy

3. Customer Experience and CRM

• Define the omnichannel customer experience strategy
• Design initiatives dedicated to engaging top customers (CRM and transactional journeys)

4. Commercial and Event Animation

• Monitor and analyze commercial and marketing operations
• Conceive, coordinate, and deploy commercial and event animations during the brand's key periods, in existing and future points of sale

5. Collaborations

• Identify collaboration opportunities within the framework of the brand's development strategy
• Ensure the operational management of collaborations in coordination with the relevant teams

6. Coordination and Management

• Coordinate and synchronize communications with the Sézane teams
• Support and monitor teams on a weekly basis

Requirements

• You have between 8 and 10 years of experience in marketing or branding, within a fashion brand or an e-commerce platform, ideally with a strong identity.
• You master 360° marketing (social, CRM, paid, events, retail) and you enjoy moving from idea to execution.
• You have a genuine brand sensibility: you know how to tell stories, create surprise, and carry a creative universe.
• You know how to combine brand desirability and commercial performance, and you track your results to adjust your actions.
• You know how to coordinate multiple teams and stakeholders, and you have prior experience in team management.
• You are proactive, autonomous, and organized, and you enjoy building in an agile, developing environment.
• You wish to evolve in an international environment and have fluent English skills for this purpose.
