Maintenance Responsible

Main responsibilities:

1. Exercise leadership in the management of task prioritization and coordinate daily maintenance operations;
2. Manage a team responsible for mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and control maintenance. Supervise general works such as architecture, exterior maintenance, snow removal, pest control, fire safety, site security, and maintenance of mobile equipment such as heavy machinery, etc…
3. Participate in writing procedures, plans, and work instructions involving your service;
4. Define and implement the Preventive Maintenance Program;
5. Integrate the Preventive Maintenance Program into the Maximo GMAO;
6. Apply, follow, update, and maintain the Preventive Maintenance Program and maintenance objectives defined with the Factory Director and Production Manager;
7. Operate the factory in accordance with regulatory requirements, good practices, instructions, operating procedures, and maintenance manuals;
8. Define and apply general operating instructions, taking into account biomethane production activities;
9. Ensure surveillance, continuous operation, and reliability of all equipment and installations at the factory, follow and evaluate overall efficiency, and assess equipment performance;
10. Prioritize improvements and/or resolve identified problems;
11. Analyze breakdowns, unexpected events, variations, and propose solutions to the Factory Director;
12. Ensure availability and management of adequate inventory of equipment, consumables, and replacement parts to perform maintenance activities in a timely manner;
13. Plan, coordinate, and follow up on interventions by subcontractors and external contractors;
14. Ensure planning and management of the maintenance team's working hours under your responsibility;
15. Establish performance indicators and ensure their follow-up;
16. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports, as well as incident reports according to internal and contractual requirements;
17. Supervise all corrective intervention requests (follow-up of internal and external interventions, follow-up of intervention reports, etc...);
18. Ensure that interventions are recorded in work orders to ensure traceability and follow-up of all interventions;
19. Analyze and prioritize work orders with the goal of reducing impacts on production activities;
20. Record subcontractor and external contractor interventions in the Maximo GMAO;
21. Contribute to setting up solutions aimed at improving performance and efficiency of maintenance team interventions, while reducing response times and correction times;
22. Ensure coordination and participation in maintenance planning meetings with the team;
23. Participate in recruitment and hiring of resources;
24. Manage, coordinate, and ensure integration, training, and perfection of collaborators under your responsibility;
25. Foster involvement, participation, and mobilization of teams, and establish a positive working environment;
26. Control and manage the costs of maintenance activities under your responsibility in collaboration with the Factory Director;
27. Actively participate in the quality, health and safety, and environmental approach, audits of the factory, and promotion of activities and controls related thereto;
28. Apply and ensure application of site and corporate rules, instructions, and procedures regarding quality, health and safety, and environment;
29. Regularly verify tasks related to workplace safety personnel;
30. Inspect the quality of work performed by collaborators and external resources under your responsibility;
31. Participate in safety at work audits, investigations into accidents and near-accidents at work;
32. Perform all other tasks related to the job
