Aerospace Maintenance and Engineering Manager H/F

The aerospace maintenance and engineering manager position is a key job to ensure the safety of maintenance operations on the Air and Space Army's aircraft fleet. Your expertise in the field of engineering enables you to successfully lead all mechanical maintenance projects on all types of aircraft as well as their armament systems. By supervising a team of technicians, you drive the skills to ensure the efficiency and suitability of techniques and methods for the maintenance of aircraft and their systems. Your knowledge of aeronautical regulations and standards, as well as your ability to analyze and solve complex problems, are essential for the success of this role. You will be responsible for managing and coordinating maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and developing and implementing maintenance procedures and policies. Your experience in the aerospace industry and your ability to work in a fast-paced environment are highly valued.
