You will join our Strasbourg warehouse as Business Unit Manager. Reporting to your Regional Manager, you are the driving force of the warehouse. Your role is to manage the teams daily, optimize our flows, and guarantee customer satisfaction, all within a continuous improvement approach.

Your operational field experience will enable you to convincingly support the ramp-up of our recently relocated logistics site.

🎯 Your daily missions

Team Management & Animation

• Manage, motivate, and unite a team of about twenty people consisting of order pickers, warehouse workers, and delivery drivers.

• Ensure the well-being of the teams in their workplace and maintain an excellent social climate.

Operational Management & Flow Optimization

• Define and formalize the warehouse's logistical constraints (storage capacity, upstream/downstream stock policy, delivery frequencies).

• Optimize loading and order picking flows to increase efficiency.

• Consolidate stock data to propose concrete optimizations of goods flows.

Performance & Continuous Improvement

• Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and continuous improvement routines focusing on Service, Stock, and Costs across the entire supply chain.

• Monitor service animation dashboards and measure customer satisfaction.

• Propose innovative actions and value-creating projects to support the company's growth.

👤 The profile we are looking for

• Education: ideally, you have a Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) in logistics or are a graduate of a top engineering or business school.

• Experience: you have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role (warehouse management, logistics management).

• Mindset: you have a taste for challenge, initiative, and entrepreneurship. You are ready to invest 100% in a young, dynamic, and creative adventure.

• Soft skills: you are recognized for your excellent interpersonal skills, team spirit, and sense of responsibility. As a trustworthy person, you can guarantee complete confidentiality.
