Head of Delivery Logistics Hub

Mission

• You lead the transport team in French-speaking Switzerland, consisting of approximately 150 employees spread across several sites, and ensure optimal personnel planning, development, and training
• You develop and implement the delivery strategy for French-speaking Switzerland and plan various scenarios for delivery areas
• You manage daily activities and ensure, in collaboration with the relevant stakeholders, the complete and timely delivery of customer orders
• You are responsible for costs, budget, and fleet management while ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and legal requirements
• You continuously optimize internal processes, monitor market developments, develop new, more efficient delivery strategies, and participate in or lead delivery logistics-related projects

Required Skills

• You have a degree in logistics and transport, supplemented by higher education
• You have at least 5 years of professional experience, including practical experience in a management role, and possess proven leadership skills in a modern logistics company
• You are comfortable interacting with various stakeholders and distinguish yourself by a strong customer focus
• You are a communicative, flexible, assertive personality with a global vision, excellent organizational skills, and a genuine interest in process optimization
• You have proficiency in MS Office as well as various logistics tools such as SAP, are a native French speaker, and have an intermediate German level (minimum B2). You are also willing to travel within the delivery area in French-speaking Switzerland (company car available at the workplace)
