Safran Aero Boosters is looking for an IT Manager - Engineering Pole. As IT Manager - Engineering Pole, you are in charge of being the privileged point of contact between the IT department and one or more business lines, managing the associated applications and solutions, specific licenses, coordinating projects, supervising the team and contributing to the overall management of the department. Your missions are to: Management & Leadership - Participate in the management of the department: strategy, organization, cross-functional coordination. - Supervise a multidisciplinary team (analysts, developers, project managers), split between Belgium and India. - Develop skills, support talent and foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation and collaboration. - Contribute to the department's maturity through a process-oriented IT approach. Management of the application portfolio and associated licenses - Supervise the applications within the scope. - Manage the portfolio of licenses specific to the engineering world. - Support the business in the context of the ongoing digital transformation. - Monitor indicators (SLA, KPI, incidents). - Ensure maintenance, support and technological watch. IT-Business Alignment - Understand business issues and prioritize their requests. - Ensure the compliance of solutions (security, aeronautical standards, internal policies). - Integrate and develop Safran Group application standards. - Integrate and develop the technical solutions made available to the business such as calculation machines, VDI solution and supercomputer. - Supervise the implementation of projects: internal/external coordination, tests, deployments, training. - Support change management. Budget management and planning - Define the budget, the workload plan and the roadmap of the pole. - Optimize internal and external resources, and manage suppliers. - Use and develop IT department processes and tools. **But also? Welcome aboard! **Let's talk about you** Your technical skills: - Master's degree in IT or information systems. - 5 to 7 years of experience in a similar role, ideally industrial or aeronautical. - Experience in management, application management and cross-functional IT projects. - Mastery of business applications (PLM, ALM, Calculation Software,...) and the application lifecycle. Knowledge of the 3D Experience environment is a plus. - Knowledge of project methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and tools (Planisware, Jira...). - Experience in integrating IT solutions and interfacing systems. - Good understanding of industrial or aeronautical processes.
