Infrastructure Responsible H/F

Job description

The infrastructure responsible is an engineer officer in charge of planning, executing, and monitoring infrastructure works on air bases. He directs civil engineering and building projects, leads technical teams, and ensures compliance with safety, sustainability, and performance standards. This is a strategic role that requires both engineering skills, a comprehensive understanding of military needs, and a keen sense of operational organization. Under the authority of the base commander, he is responsible for the overall management of infrastructure projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation. He must also ensure compliance with environmental and regulatory requirements, as well as maintain effective communication with stakeholders. The infrastructure responsible must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and make decisions quickly. He must also be able to work independently and as part of a team, and be able to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines. The ideal candidate will have a degree in civil engineering or a related field, and at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. He must also have a strong understanding of military infrastructure and operations, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills. The infrastructure responsible will be responsible for managing a team of engineers and technicians, and will be expected to provide guidance and support to ensure the successful completion of infrastructure projects. He will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and reports, and for ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. He will also be expected to maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity, and to adhere to all relevant policies and procedures.
