The infrastructure manager is an engineering officer responsible for the planning, execution, and monitoring of infrastructure work on air bases. They lead civil engineering and building projects, manage technical teams, and ensure compliance with safety, sustainability, and performance standards. It is a strategic role that requires both engineering skills, a comprehensive vision of military needs, and a keen sense of operational organization.
