You will also be expected to arbitrate between different industrial trades, promote standards and norms, and manage industrial and manufacturing risks. You will be responsible for piloting the co-engineering phase during project development, as well as ensuring the application of standards and rules, while contributing to the continuous improvement of industrial processes. We will be calling on you for:

  • Ensure the financial monitoring of projects on the industrial side.
Your profile We place more importance on passion and attitude than experience. That's why we don't expect you to have all the skills. We have rather drawn up a list of those that, in our opinion, will help you succeed and thrive in this role:
  • Degree in industrial engineering or general engineering, with experience in the industrial sector.
  • Good knowledge of industrial activities, ideally with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the field.
  • Experience or in-depth understanding of industrial project management.
  • Mastery of computer tools.
  • Practical knowledge of English (written and oral).
  • Rigour, leadership, and excellent relational skills.
What you'll appreciate Join us for a new life experience - the railway sector is a future sector, you can therefore develop and acquire new skills and experiences throughout your career. You will also be able to:
  • Benefit from stability, challenges, and a long-term career without daily routine.
  • Work with multidisciplinary and innovative teams.
  • Collaborate with qualified colleagues and transversal teams worldwide.
  • Contribute to innovative and impactful industrial projects.
  • Evolving in a flexible and stimulating work environment.
  • Orient your career in the direction of your choice through functions and countries.
  • Benefit from our investment in your development, through prime learning programs.
  • Progress towards leadership or technical expertise roles according to your aspirations.
  • Benefit from a fair and dynamic remuneration system that recognizes your performance and potential, as well as comprehensive and competitive social coverage (life insurance, health insurance, pension).
It is not necessary to be a train enthusiast to thrive with us. We guarantee that when you get on one of our trains with your friends or family, you will be proud. If you are ready to take on the challenge, we would like to get to know you! Important As a global company, we are an employer that promotes equal opportunities and celebrates diversity in the 63 countries where we are present. We commit to creating an inclusive workplace for all.
