Description of the post
- SUPERVISE the performance of the team to ensure the achievement of objectives and respect for project deadlines.
- DIRECT AND MANAGE civil engineering and public services network components of large projects, from conception to realization, including: relocation and sizing of water conduits, design of stormwater and sanitary networks, as well as support for other infrastructure (dry services) and transportation activities such as road rehabilitation/reconstruction and drainage improvement.
- FURNISH MENTORING AND CONFLICT RESOLUTION TO MAINTAIN TEAM EFFICIENCY AND COLLABORATION.
- Pilot projects from the conceptual phase to construction, ensuring compliance with standards and client needs.
- PREPARE TECHNICAL DESIGNS, SPECIFICATIONS, REPORTS, AND PROPOSALS.
- FOLLOW SECTOR TRENDS WHILE ESTABLISHING AND MAINTAINING SOLID RELATIONS WITH CLIENTS.
- IDENIFY AND DEVELOP NEW BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES IN THE FIELD OF MUNICIPAL INFRASTRUCTURES AND PUBLIC PROJECTS.
- Pilot responses to requests for proposals (RFQ/RFP), offering innovative and customer-centric solutions.
- MANAGE PROJECT BUDGETS AND FOLLOW THEIR FINANCIAL PERFORMANCE.
- SUPERVISE PLANNING TO ENSURE TIMELY DELIVERY AND OBJECTIVE COMPLIANCE.
- DEVELOP STRATEGIES TO STRENGTHEN MARKET PRESENCE AND STIMULATE REVENUE GROWTH.
