Head of Interim Training H/F - Clichy - Permanent Contract

What if you joined us as the Head of Training (H/F)?

Your overall mission:

Define, steer, and deploy the training strategy for temporary workers in line with the group's development challenges, agency needs, and regulatory requirements. Accompany operational teams and franchisees in optimizing their training investments as a true business partner.

Here's a glimpse of what awaits you:

• 1. Definition and Steering of Training Strategy

  Define the training strategy for temporary workers in collaboration with the Executive Committee, in line with business and regulatory challenges and the network's needs (key accounts, branch agencies, and franchise agencies). Build and deploy training plans.

• 2. Budgetary Steering and Funding Optimization

  Develop and monitor the annual training budget. Accompany operational teams and agencies in steering their budget envelopes, optimize funding (OPCO, regional schemes), and secure reimbursements.

• 3. Support and Advice for the Network

  Act as a true Business Partner to agencies and franchisees by supporting them in their training choices, the use of existing schemes, and aligning skills development actions with their performance objectives.

• 4. Development of Programs and Partner Management

  Design and deploy innovative training programs in line with the group's vision and aligned with field needs. Manage and steer a network of training partners, ensuring quality, performance, and suitability for field needs. Formalize framework agreements for national networks.

• 5. Process Transformation and Performance Monitoring

  Optimize and digitalize the management, funding, and reimbursement processes for training actions to improve operational efficiency. Monitor indicators, reporting, and measure the impact of training actions.

• 6. Team Management

  Lead, steer, and manage the existing team: 3 collaborators. Organize tasks, manage schedules, and support their skill development.

The skills we are looking for:

• IMPERATIVE experience in managing training within the TEMPORARY EMPLOYMENT SECTOR

• Solid expertise in budget management and OPCO schemes.

• Strong business orientation and support for operational staff.

• Aptitude for transformation and digitalization projects.

• Leadership, organizational skills, and ability to unite.

• Team management

  Essential technical skills:

  • Excel - advanced level

  • AI tools, such as Copilot, Claude

  • Comfort with numbers

💰 Salary: range between €60K and €70K + variable pay
