Training Manager (H/F) - Clichy - Permanent Contract

What if you joined us as a Training Manager (H/F)?

Your overall mission:

Define, manage, and deploy the training strategy for temporary workers in line with the group's development objectives, agency needs, and regulatory requirements. Accompany operational teams and franchisees in optimizing their training investments as a true business partner.

Here's a glimpse of what awaits you:

• 1. Definition and Management of Training Strategy

  Define the training strategy for temporary workers in collaboration with the Executive Committee, in line with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and the needs of the network (major accounts, branch agencies, and franchised agencies). Develop and deploy training plans.

• 2. Budget Management and Funding Optimization

  Develop and monitor the annual training budget. Support operational teams and agencies in managing their budget envelopes, optimize funding (OPCO, regional schemes), and secure reimbursements.

• 3. Support and Advice for the Network

  Act as a true Business Partner for agencies and franchisees by supporting them in their training choices, the use of existing schemes, and aligning skill development actions with their performance objectives.

• 4. Development of Programs and Partner Management

  Design and deploy innovative training programs in line with the group's vision and in accordance with field needs. Lead and manage a network of training partners ensuring quality, performance, and suitability to field needs. Formalize framework agreements for national networks.

• 5. Process Transformation and Performance Management

  Optimize and digitize the management, funding, and reimbursement processes for training actions to improve operational efficiency. Ensure indicator monitoring, reporting, and measurement of the impact of training actions.

• 6. Team Management

  Lead, manage, and supervise the existing team: 3 employees. Organize tasks, manage schedules, and support them in their skill development.

The skills we are looking for:

• MANDATORY experience in training management within the TEMPORARY EMPLOYMENT SECTOR

• Solid expertise in budget management and OPCO schemes.

• Strong business orientation and support for operational staff.

• Aptitude for transformation and digitalization projects.

• Leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to unite people.

• Team management

  Essential Technical Skills:

  • Excel - advanced level

  • AI tools, such as Copilot, Claude

  • Comfortable with numbers

📅 Availability: Permanent contract position to be filled ASAP

💰 Salary: range between €60K and €70K + variable bonus
