Financial Manager (70-100%)

A non-profit foundation, recognized as being of public utility and acting on behalf of the State (public service delegation) and the second largest health organization in the canton, FASD plays an essential and systemic role in maintaining the Jurassian population at home. 'For you' recalls that FASD's mission prioritizes its 3500 patients, and that its 400 employees have all the technical skills and tremendous empathy to accompany, help, and care for them. In the next two decades, the number of people over 80 years old will grow very strongly. To meet these challenges, FASD is continuing its transformation and strengthening its Finance department with a key position. We are looking for, to start at a date to be agreed upon, a:

Financial Manager (70-100%)

• You ensure the daily operational management of the Finance department and supervise your team.
• You ensure the quality of administrative management in partnership with the care department and coordinate follow-up and development actions.
• You develop management control and reporting for management and the Foundation Board.
• You lead the budgeting process and consolidate data transmitted by sectors and departments.
• You implement the internal control system (SCI) and supervise financial and administrative processes (closing, accounting, debtors, creditors, payroll, treasury).

Desired Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in Economics / Federal Diploma of Specialist in Finance and Accounting (or equivalent training) and 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Ability to supervise and foster a small team on a daily basis.
• Autonomy and organizational skills, ability to collaborate with other departments complete your profile.
