Job description
A person is sought to coordinate and supervise cleaning tasks in the Sagunto port facilities. The job involves both performing cleaning duties alongside the team and organizing the day-to-day operations, distributing tasks, and training new personnel. They will also be responsible for ensuring the correct use of protective equipment and for following risk prevention protocols. Among the main responsibilities are the direct management of the team, resolving any incidents that arise during service, and maintaining fluid communication with service managers to report on work progress and material needs. Furthermore, they will need to control staff attendance through an application and ensure that all activities comply with established quality and safety standards, thus guaranteeing customer satisfaction. An organized person is needed, with the ability to make decisions and lead a team in a constantly changing environment. The schedule is fixed for the afternoon, which provides stability.
