In a context of growth, the company is strengthening its teams and is looking for a:

LOGISTICS WAREHOUSE MANAGER M/F

Your responsibilities:

Reporting to the Operations Director, you will manage the warehouse's activity and ensure the fluidity of logistics flows, from the reception of goods to the shipment of finished products to customers. As such, your main responsibilities will be:

• Organize and optimize reception, storage, preparation, and shipment activities to ensure deadlines are met, service quality is maintained, and stock reliability is guaranteed

• Ensure the management of warehouse performance through indicator monitoring, analysis of malfunctions, and implementation of continuous improvement actions

• Supervise, lead, and support a logistics team, ensuring skills development and team cohesion (10 employees, warehouse staff/forklift operators)

• Coordinate flows with various internal departments and external partners to ensure efficient management of supplies and shipments

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, proper warehouse maintenance, and the correct functioning of handling equipment

• Contribute to flow optimization projects and continuous improvement of logistics processes

Your Profile:

With higher education in logistics, supply chain, or flow management (Bac+2 to Bac+3, equivalent to Associate's or Bachelor's degree), you have proven experience (minimum 5 years) in team management and activity management in a warehouse or logistics platform.

• You have a strong command of logistics flows, stock management, and shipping processes.

• You are familiar with safety regulations and best logistics practices.

• You know how to work cross-functionally with different departments: Sales Administration, Purchasing/Procurement, Production, Sales, etc.)

• You are proficient in IT tools, ERP, and WMS systems.
