📄 JOB DESCRIPTION
Reporting to the B2C Team Manager, the E-Merchandising Manager ensures the sales performance of the sector and operations under their responsibility.

🎯 MISSIONS
  • Implement the product catalog's visual merchandising (sales hierarchy/choice and order of visuals) to optimize revenue and maximize performance indicators (margin, sell-out, conversion rate, average basket, NPS) using available merchandising tools (cross-selling, ranking, filtering, featured products…);
  • Enhance and personalize the shopping experience, particularly by adding content (editorials, videos, advice…), facilitating navigation and product search, and/or by product segmentation to improve the user experience;
  • Monitor sales results dashboards and propose necessary action plans to maximize revenue and improve performance indicators;
  • Measure the impact of initiatives undertaken and analyze sales results (product mix performance) to propose necessary action plans aimed at maximizing revenue and improving category performance indicators;
  • Ensure regular reporting to the team manager and coordinate/share key information with the sales and marketing teams;
  • Support sales teams in their brand meetings to present analyses and propose offer/UX optimization recommendations aimed at maximizing brand performance on the Marketplace.
  • Conduct benchmarking and competitive intelligence (market trends by product/sector) and make recommendations.
  • Be proactive and implement any initiative likely to develop or optimize the activities of the Marketplace team or the business.

    • 👉 REQUIREMENTS
  • You hold a higher education degree in Marketing or Business School at Bachelor's (Bac+3) or Master's (Bac+5) level.
  • You have significant professional experience in merchandising, preferably in the e-commerce/digital sector.
  • You have good knowledge of merchandising and you track your performance indicators with interest.
  • You are recognized for your analytical skills and your proactivity.
  • Business-oriented, you are keen to exceed individual and collective objectives set for you.
  • You facilitate the clear communication of key information and you work well in a team.
  • You speak fluent professional English.
