Head of Emergency Department H/F (Permanent Contract)

A renowned private healthcare facility in its region is seeking its future Head of the Emergency Department H/F to support the development and organization of its emergency reception service. Within a department handling a high volume of activity and providing versatile patient care, you will join a dynamic environment where the quality of care, team responsiveness, and multidisciplinary collaboration are daily priorities. Reporting to the Nursing Directorate, you will be responsible for the overall management and organization of the department. In this capacity, you will supervise paramedical and administrative teams, coordinate activities, and ensure the optimization of patient pathways while adhering to quality and safety of care requirements. Your main responsibilities will be as follows: - Ensure the human and material management and organization of the department; - Supervise, support, and unite teams on a daily basis; - Guarantee the quality, safety, and continuity of care; - Participate in the development and implementation of the departmental project; - Contribute to the continuous improvement of organizations and professional practices; - Act as an interface and coordinator with medical teams, support services, and management; - Ensure compliance with procedures, protocols, and regulatory obligations. You hold a State Nursing Diploma and have significant experience in a hospital setting. Previous management experience is appreciated, but applications from experienced nurses wishing to move into managerial roles will also be considered. Holding a Health Management Cadre Diploma or a Master's degree in Health Organization Management, you are recognized for your interpersonal skills, your ability to unite teams, your organizational skills, and your aptitude for managing complex situations in a high-activity environment.
