Responsible for Technical Services at 80-100%

Swiss dynamic, performing, and long-standing mill group, Groupe Minoteries SA (GMSA) transforms and commercializes grains and food raw materials for its partners in the industry and artisanal bakery. We are looking for a/Responsable du service technique à 80-100% at our site in Granges-près-Marnand (VD), starting from July 1, 2026 or date to be agreed upon. Your tasks/responsibilities: Direct, supervise and develop the maintenance team (5 people) by fostering collaboration and performance. Ensure the availability, reliability, and compliance of production facilities and building infrastructure. Plan, organize, supervise, and participate in maintenance, upkeep, and repair work on production facilities, silos, and buildings. Actively contribute to resolving mechanical and electromechanical breakdowns. Contribute to planning and implementing investment and continuous improvement projects. Ensure the follow-up and control of maintenance budget. Coordinate external service providers and ensure the quality of interventions. Ensure compliance with directives on workplace safety, hygiene, and quality. You are willing to intervene occasionally at other GMSA sites. Your profile: You hold a CFC in industrial equipment construction, mechanical engineering, and have completed additional training (ES diploma or professional examination). Knowledge of automation and pneumatics is desired. You possess solid experience and skills in maintenance facility operations, ideally in the food industry, as well as confirmed management experience. You are a native French speaker and proficient in common computer tools (MS Office). Knowledge of German is an asset. You hold a driving permit, category B. You have a keen sense of responsibility, are conscientious, organized, flexible, and appreciate teamwork.
