The Balcon du Jura Health Network,

Is a private institution of public interest, whose activities revolve around hospital, medico-social, primary care missions, and support within a temporary reception center and protected apartments. This institution, made up of just over 300 employees, is directing the deployment of its strategic plan towards efficient and recognized integrated care.

In this context, the RSBJ is looking for

A Head of Integrated Care and Partnership Development - 80%

12-month fixed-term contract: The position is likely to be extended, or even made permanent, depending on future developments

They will be responsible for the complete management of projects related to the deployment of integrated care within the RSBJ.

This position is part of a transformation phase for the RSBJ (partnerships, care pathways, governance) and aims to support the Management in these evolutions; its scope is expected to evolve, with stabilized missions likely to be taken over by internal management.

It is financially supported by the Directorate General of Health, and ensures the deployment of the cantonal project for the creation of a Health Hub in the Balcon du Jura. It also aligns with the implementation of our strategy focused on integrated care.

The Head of Integrated Care and Partnership Development works in direct collaboration with the Management Board. They are a permanent invited member of the weekly Management Board meetings.

Your Mission:

On behalf of the executive committee:

• Ensure strategic leadership and governance support on the subject of integrated care
• Support the Executive Committee and the Management Board in analyzing and making decisions on the structuring evolutions of the RSBJ (partnerships, care pathways, institutional positioning)
• Represent the RSBJ, on mandate, in discussions with institutional partners — particularly the reference hospital — with a view to strengthening collaborations
• Develop partnerships and the health-social network
• Support the progress of the different phases of projects related to integrated care development
• Coordinate the stakeholders involved in health trajectories in the Balcon du Jura
• Pool and coordinate various internal and external projects related to integrated care
• Coordinate and lead all institutional projects
• Develop community health, prevention, and health promotion

Your Profile:

Education:

• Holder of a Bachelor's degree (HES level) in the health field
• CAS, DAS, or other equivalent qualification in change management, project management, and/or process management

Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years in the health sector, including significant experience in the community field
• Management of large-scale projects
• Networked work and coordination of care
• Process-based approach and Lean Management principles

Interpersonal Skills:

• Leadership
• Interpersonal skills, listening ability, and oral communication fluency
• Comfortable working in an interdisciplinary team
• Negotiation skills
• Autonomy, initiative
• Good stress management, energy, and tenacity

Knowledge:

• Public health, federal health system, and Vaud health system
• In-depth knowledge of hospital, residential care, medico-social support structures, and home care

Specific Skills:

• Perfect command of French (written and oral) and strong writing skills
• High-level analytical and systemic vision skills
• Proficiency in management, planning, and office tools
