Your mission · Ensure the deployment of the VMCV strategy and manage the portfolio of strategic projects; · Support the direction and the Board in reviewing the strategy; · Manage the department consisting of two services with approximately twelve employees; · Ensure the proper functioning of the department, including budgetary management and human resources management; · Collaborate with other departments to ensure a harmonious integration of their activities; · Develop and implement action plans to achieve strategic objectives; · Analyze and evaluate the impact of changes on the organization; · Provide recommendations for improving organizational performance; · Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures; · Manage and coordinate the work of department members; · Foster a positive and inclusive work environment; · Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including employees, customers, and partners; · Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices; · Participate in the development of the organization's overall strategy; · Ensure effective communication within the department and with other departments; · Manage and resolve conflicts in a fair and professional manner; · Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements; · Provide guidance and support to employees; · Ensure the proper functioning of the department, including budgetary management and human resources management.
