Sales and Events Manager

Job description We are today solicited by our client, a high-end hotel establishment located in Romandy, Switzerland, to recruit a charismatic and committed individual who will act as Sales and Events Manager (M/F). In close collaboration with the General Management, you drive the commercial strategy on corporate, MICE, and agency segments. You define and implement the commercial action plan, manage the pipeline in terms of sales, and ensure the achievement of set targets. Your mission is to develop and maintain a strong network of contacts within the industry, identify new business opportunities, and build lasting relationships with existing clients. You will also be responsible for organizing and coordinating events, conferences, and meetings, as well as ensuring their smooth execution. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work independently while being part of a dynamic team.
