Responsible for Care 80%-100%The Glâne Health Network is an association that represents the 14 municipalities of the Glâne district. It consists of three medical-social establishments (235 beds, including 24 psychogeriatric beds), a Day Centre with 8 places, a 12-bed Evaluation and Orientation Unit (SEO) and the Home Care Support Service (ASDG).As a member of the management team, you will participate in defining and developing the care strategy. You will ensure that the network's services are tailored to meet the needs of patients and residents, while also promoting their autonomy and well-being. Your responsibilities will include:• Developing and implementing care plans for patients and residents;• Coordinating with healthcare professionals and other stakeholders to provide comprehensive care;• Ensuring that patients and residents receive high-quality care that is respectful of their dignity and autonomy;• Participating in the development of the network's strategic plan and budget;• Collaborating with other members of the management team to achieve the network's goals. The ideal candidate will have:• A degree in nursing, medicine or a related field;• At least 3 years of experience in healthcare management or a related field;• Strong communication and interpersonal skills;• Ability to work independently and as part of a team;• Knowledge of healthcare laws and regulations;• Certification in gerontology or a related field (an asset).
