Job description

A human-sized French company, Hamelin is a Norman family group and a leader in the manufacturing of school and office supplies. Our well-known products and brands (Oxford, Pelikan, Conquérant, Unilux, Dayvia…) accompany millions of students and professionals worldwide in their learning, projects, and daily lives. A recognized international player, we develop and market products distributed in numerous countries.

In an environment where product data quality, process control, and information system performance are key challenges, we are strengthening our organization and seeking a Product Quality Data Manager F/M.

Main missions

At the heart of quality processes and information systems, you will guarantee the reliability, consistency, and availability of product quality data. You will ensure its proper management and exploitation by the Quality, R&D, Purchasing, and Marketing teams, while contributing to the continuous improvement of associated tools and processes.

  • Based on product quality data repositories (regulatory compliance, specifications, certifications, customer feedback), define the rules for managing Quality data in SAP, PIM, DAM, PLM, QLIK (repositories, mandatory fields, naming, validation workflows, updates, access control)

  • Implement consistency checks, data reliability indicators (completion rate, update delays), and ensure consistency between different systems (SAP, PIM, DAM, PLM, QLIK)

  • Participate in the SAP QM deployment, business needs scoping, and definition of quality processes (inspections, batches, non-conformities, certificates), and drive the configuration of SAP QM

  • Act as the primary contact (BPO) between the SAP team and the Quality team for the deployment of the QM (Quality Management) module: define, configure, and evolve quality processes in SAP

  • Training & Support: train the Quality, Marketing, and Purchasing teams on tools and dashboards and support them in entering and exploiting product quality data.

  • Participate in information system evolution projects related to product quality

Your profile: expertise, curiosity, and impact

You hold a Bachelor's to Master's degree (Bac+3 to Bac+5) in Quality, Environment, Data Management, or an equivalent field, and you enjoy transforming data into a lever for performance and reliability.

You have 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in an industrial environment, with initial experience as a user of SAP QM.

You are comfortable with information systems and data ecosystems: ERP, PIM, PLM, Business Intelligence tools… You understand the challenges related to product quality, from inspection data to certifications and regulatory compliance.

You have advanced proficiency in Excel and know how to leverage data/BI tools to analyze, structure, and enhance information.

Curious and forward-thinking, you have a genuine interest in AI and new technologies, with a desire to identify new ways to make data reliable, automate processes, and optimize data.

Beyond your technical skills, you are recognized for your rigor, analytical skills, autonomy, and ability to structure. You appreciate cross-functional environments and know how to build relationships with various stakeholders: Quality, IT, R&D, Purchasing, Marketing…

Finally, your fluent professional English allows you to navigate naturally in an international environment.

What will make the difference: your ability to bridge the gap between data, quality, information systems, and transformation, with an approach that is both analytical, pragmatic, and innovative.

Your expertise can make a difference. Join Hamelin and contribute to building a more reliable, intelligent, and resolutely future-oriented Quality data management system 🚀

We are convinced that diversity is a strength. As such, we are committed to promoting equal opportunities and ensuring an inclusive recruitment process for everyone.
