Our mission is to provide our expertise in home care and support, to accompany the life projects of the inhabitants of the canton of Neuchâtel. Our services are provided by our care teams, operating in an agile manner, and relying on a network of specialized skills and multiple talents within NOMAD, spread across 3 regions: Areuse, Doubs, and Seyon.
We are looking for a
Team Leader
80 - 100%
Your mission:
As a manager, you are attached to the Directorate of your region. You will lead and support the teams (nurses, certified nursing assistants, home care aides) in successfully carrying out their care mission for NOMAD clients.
Your main responsibilities:
- Support the regional Directorate in achieving organizational and human objectives
- Be the point of contact for care teams and support the employee lifecycle
- Promote the development of individual and collective skills within the teams
- Prepare and conduct individual interviews (recruitment, annual development review, etc.)
- Ensure the quality of care and manage adverse events
- Enforce and participate in reference documentation
- Participate in various cross-functional projects within the institution
- Monitor performance indicators
Your profile:
- Bachelor's degree in health sciences or Bachelor's degree in economics, sciences, management, complemented by training in the health sector (public health, health economics, etc.)
- Additional management training is a plus
- 3 years of experience in a similar role with managerial responsibility
- Ability to unite and mobilize
- Interpersonal skills, communication, and negotiation skills
- Agile mindset, ability to propose solutions
- Analytical and synthesis skills
- Organizational and priority management skills
- Ability to remain effective in the face of unforeseen events and demanding situations
Workplace: Canton of Neuchâtel with an assigned location to be determined and frequent travel to our various sites in the canton
Start date: immediately or to be agreed
Type of contract: permanent contract
