Main responsibilities - Lead and coordinate a dedicated LPP consulting team, ensuring the achievement of qualitative and quantitative objectives. - Ensure client file follow-up and supervision, guaranteeing high-quality service and regulatory compliance. - Participate in developing and implementing operational strategies to optimize internal processes. - Collaborate with other departments to ensure integrated and efficient activity management. - Train and accompany team members in their professional development. - Analyze performance indicators and propose corrective actions if necessary. - Represent the company at meetings with partners and clients, maintaining clear and professional communication. Skills and qualifications required - Degree in management, finance, insurance or related field. - Confirmed experience in team management in the provident or insurance sector. - In-depth knowledge of LPP legislation and processes related to professional providence in Switzerland. - Excellent communication, leadership, and change management skills. - Mastery of common computer tools (MS Office, specific management software). - Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions. - Team spirit, organizational sense, and client orientation. - French, German, and Italian language skills are an asset Join us!
