Job description

You are the strong link between your Store Manager and sales teams. You drive the sales floor by continuously improving customer experience and service, thanks to personalized and federating coaching.

Your challenges :

Animate daily briefs and boost team motivation.
Pilot KPI's (IV,TT,PM,omnicanal) and accompany the achievement of commercial objectives.
Propose corrective action plans to improve collective and individual performance.
Federate the team by developing skills and autonomy.
Ensure respect for operational procedures by teams (stocks, cash registers, merchandise, store maintenance) and guarantee an unforgettable customer experience.
