📄 JOB DESCRIPTION
The Veepee Group, in addition to its historical flash sales activity, operates a marketplace open to brands wishing to list and sell their products on the group's sites. In order to help our platforms reach their full potential by integrating offers that are as high-performing as possible, and to provide daily support to our sellers, we are looking for a Brand Support Team Lead (M/F) for our French activity.
🎯 MISSIONS
Supervise a team of +/- 6 brand support specialists responsible for seller onboarding on the site and ensuring their daily support. Foster and develop team spirit around common strategic objectives. Identify training needs, recruit, and manage the team. Manage and assign new sellers to team members. Ensure transversal management. Ensure team cohesion and the alignment of processes at European and French levels in partnership with a co-lead. Take ownership of, manage, and report on key indicators related to monthly business performance reviews. Closely monitor the onboarding process for strategic sellers and report to the sales team. You will be in contact with all marketplace stakeholders (Business Managers, E-merchandising Leads, Product Owners, Business Developers...). Continuously improve our workflow and processes.
👉 REQUIREMENTS
You have at least 3 years of experience as a manager. In addition to digital knowledge (products/solutions, KPIs) and analytical skills, you are a natural leader with a strong entrepreneurial spirit. You have good communication skills (active listening, empathy, persuasion skills). You adopt a collaborative and creative approach to problem-solving and demonstrate your ability to work within an international and multidisciplinary team. Your experience and knowledge enable you to make decisions and influence others. You are resilient and work with integrity. Proficiency in English and French is necessary to successfully carry out your missions. You are proficient with the Office suite and have a good understanding of databases.
