Team Responsible - Automation & IT H/F DESCRIPTION OF THE MISSION Assume the role of Leader among automation teams being a source of inspiration and accompanying your colleagues in the realization of their goals while ensuring the smooth operation of automated systems. This involves coordinating and supervising the work of team members, identifying and resolving technical issues, and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity. The ideal candidate will have experience in IT and automation, as well as strong leadership skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Key responsibilities include: • Leading a team of automation engineers and technicians; • Coordinating and supervising the work of team members; • Identifying and resolving technical issues; • Implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity; • Developing and maintaining relationships with clients and internal stakeholders; • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of automation technologies, including PLC programming, robotics, and industrial control systems. They will also have experience in IT, including network administration, database management, and software development.
