🧩 Our Customer Operations Team

At Lifen, we deploy our solutions in hospitals across France to improve the daily lives of caregivers and the quality of care.

The Customer Operations team is the bridge between our products and healthcare facilities. We support each hospital from A to Z in the implementation of our solutions: Lifen Documents & Lifen Integration.

Our team consists of Project Managers and Operations Managers, all led by Loïc, our Customer Operations Lead.

🎯 What you will do with us

As an Operations Manager, you will be at the heart of deploying our solutions in healthcare facilities:

Project Scoping: Organize and lead scoping meetings with facilities to understand their technical and functional needs, and define the best integration of our solutions into their daily workflow; adapt your communication to your audience (IT managers, project managers, end-users).

Functional Support: Understand the organization of hospital departments and patient pathways to adapt our solutions to the realities on the ground; challenge client needs and propose best practices.

Technical Deployment: Configure our applications and interoperability flows (HL7), orchestrate exchanges with hospital IT teams; master network, Windows server, application deployment, and security aspects.

Testing & Resolution: Verify end-to-end functionality with clients, diagnose and resolve technical issues; qualify bugs and escalate feature requests to the product team with clarity and conviction.

Expert Support: Provide Level 2 support, acting as the link between Level 1 support and R&D; proactively monitor flows and certificates to anticipate incidents.

Continuous Improvement: Actively participate in optimizing our internal processes and contribute to cross-functional projects; share your field feedback to evolve our products and methods.

Product Versatility: Work on all our solutions and develop genuine cross-functional expertise.

⭐️ What we are looking for

Experience in hospital project deployment or healthtech with hospital deployment: You know the hospital world, its functioning, its constraints.

Excellent communicator: You are comfortable interacting with various stakeholders (IT, project managers, users), you know how to simplify and adapt your message.

Doer Mindset: You are not afraid to roll up your sleeves and be at the heart of operations.

Autonomous and Proactive: You anticipate problems, quickly report blockers, and are a proposal generator.

Technical Skills (nice to have): Knowledge of system administration (Windows Server, GPO), network (SFTP, VPN), and/or HL7 interoperability. If you come from a hospital background without these skills, no problem, they can be learned!

Passion for Health: You have an interest in improving the quality of care and the lives of healthcare professionals.

👥 Our Recruitment Process

• First HR call with Laura, Talent Acquisition Manager (30 minutes);

• Manager interview with Loïc (45 minutes);

• Practical case study to prepare at home, followed by a presentation and discussion with the team at our premises (1 hour);

• Final interview with two Lifeners from another team;
