enz Group (enz® technik ag), headquartered in Giswil (OW), was founded in 1985 and is today one of the world leaders in water jet technology. The hydrodynamic and hydromechanical high-pressure cleaning solutions cover a wide range of applications in the field of pipe cleaning and maintenance. The products are 100% developed and manufactured in Switzerland and distributed in over 50 countries by more than 200 partners.
For the development of business in French-speaking Switzerland and Ticino, we are looking for an autonomous, committed, and results-oriented personality with a genuine passion for technology, sales, and direct customer contact.
Your missions
You will actively develop our portfolio by acquiring new customers and key accounts, while ensuring professional follow-up of our existing customer base.
You will conduct product demonstrations and train customers and partners on the safe and effective use of our products.
You will collaborate closely with our distribution partners and contribute to improving their profitability as well as that of our customers.
You will participate in trade fairs and exhibitions and actively transmit market and customer feedback for product innovation.
You will meticulously maintain your CRM and conduct online marketing activities in your region.
Your profile
You have a technical background with solid knowledge in mechanics.
You hold at least an apprenticeship certificate (CFC) or equivalent training, a Matura (high school diploma) and further training in sales or marketing are an asset.
You have experience in direct sales of technical products, as well as through distribution partners.
You master French and Italian – an essential condition for this position. Knowledge of German is an asset.
You are an autonomous, committed, integrity-driven, and results-oriented personality with a "hands-on" spirit.
You are comfortable with CRM tools and marketing activities, including trade fairs, exhibitions, and digital marketing campaigns.
You are willing to travel approximately 50% of your time, with occasional overnight stays and driving a commercial vehicle.
You are domiciled in French-speaking Switzerland or Ticino.
