Shift Supervisor in Welding Factory

A person with a technical profile is sought to join a consolidated boilermaking company immediately. Someone with training in welding, machining, or mechanics is needed, who is decisive, autonomous, and capable of making decisions. Demonstrable experience in team management and blueprint interpretation is essential. The duties include supervising all welding activities during the shift, coordinating tasks for the team according to the workload, and ensuring compliance with production deadlines. It also involves managing resources, efficiently assigning personnel, materials, and equipment, and ensuring compliance with quality standards and safety regulations. Operational problems must be identified and solved in real-time, fluid communication with other departments must be maintained, and team development must be fostered. The contract is for a full-time position, with rotating shifts from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM or from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
