- Effectively manage a team of 30 ETP IDE and AS.
- Ensure the optimization of human and material resources for smooth and efficient functioning
- Guarantee exceptional care quality by supervising practices and proposing continuous improvements
- Collaborate closely with the referring nurse to ensure optimal coordination of care
- Participate in optional duties to reinforce continuity and quality of services provided
A unique proposal for this position:
- Contract: CDD
- Duration: 2 months with possibility of extension
- Salary: €4000 per month Cadre de santé (F/H) experienced, you manage your team efficiently and ensure exceptional care quality.
- Experience in team management within a healthcare establishment
- Excellent skills in management and resource optimization
- Ability to coordinate 33 ETP IDE and AS, day and night
