Job description
In Brief
Picnic is looking for a Hub Lead to supervise one of our Hubs in the Île-de-France region, with the goal of maintaining and improving our operations. Hubs are at the heart of Picnic's operations. This is where deliveries are brought from the Fulfillment Center (FC), electric carts are charged, and Runners depart on routes to deliver to customers at their homes. It is essential that the process is smooth and seamless in each Hub for our supply chain to function and for our goods to be delivered on time.
Your Missions
- Leadership and Team Management: Lead, motivate, and organize your team of Runners (delivery drivers) and Runners+ (team leaders) to ensure optimal performance;
- Operations and Safety: Oversee the smooth running of delivery activities, ensuring safety and efficiency;
- Planning and Coordination: Manage schedules, optimize resources, and ensure fluid communication with the central team;
- Maintenance and Logistics: Ensure the maintenance of ePv (Picnic electric vehicles) and the necessary capacity to support growth;
- Optimization and Performance: Improve the efficiency of your Hub and achieve set objectives.
About You
- You hold a BAC+2/3 degree in management, commerce, or a similar field;
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in managing operational field teams (e.g., delivery drivers, order pickers...);
- You are a friendly, dynamic person with a sharp mind; You know how to work effectively and within deadlines;
- Ideally, you are comfortable in English.
