Created at the beginning of the 2000s, TCO Service is an engaged company in collective school catering that works every day to offer children a healthy, balanced, and sustainable diet. Its teams share strong values: respect for the environment, nutritional quality, fight against food waste, and well-being of employees. With 15 kitchens and 100 passionate professionals, TCO Service builds a responsible school catering, turned towards the future. We are looking for our client a (m/f/x): Sector Responsible (Collective Catering) Your mission is to ensure the supervision and animation of the kitchens, while embodying and disseminating values of sustainable nutrition, health, and environmental responsibility among teams and partners. You report to the Operations Director and oversee an team of 85 people (kitchen chiefs, cooks, commis, delivery personnel, etc.). Your main responsibilities are as follows: Engaged Management Encourage, motivate, and accompany kitchen and supervision teams. Develop skills and foster a respectful and collaborative work climate. Participate in recruitment, integration, and evaluation of employees. Operational Excellence Supervise the functioning of 15 kitchens (approximately 20,000 meals per day). Ensure regular and qualitative food production adapted to children's needs. Guarantee presence on site and efficient coordination of sites. Quality, Health, and Food Safety Ensure strict respect for HACCP and food safety standards. Monitor nutritional, gustatory, and sanitary quality of meals. Sensitize teams to good practices and quality culture. Sustainable Nutrition & Environment Implement concrete actions to reduce food waste. Optimize purchases and promote durable, local, or seasonal products. You have ideally followed a training in hospitality-restauration, management, or equivalent. You have confirmed experience in multi-site management and collective catering. You master hygiene and food safety standards. You defend strong environmental and human values. Organized and rigorous, you have good priority management and can handle unexpected events. Your sense of initiative, autonomy, and ability to rally make you a respected leader. You are flexible for traveling to Brussels and Wallonia (Brabant wallon, Liège, Namur, and Hainaut). Hold a key position within a growing company committed...
