Província de Girona | Sector Industrial We are looking for an Industrial Quality Responsible: Mission of the place In direct dependence on the Operations Director, the selected person will be responsible for ensuring and improving quality in all productive processes at the plant, ensuring compliance with established standards and promoting continuous improvement. Main responsibilities Control and management of quality in all production processes. Analysis of incidents and non-conformities, defining corrective actions to prevent recurrence. Development and implementation of procedures for monitoring and controlling quality. Verification of compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standards. Identification and mitigation of risks that could impact product quality. Collaboration with the Operations Director to develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement. Participation in cross-functional teams to identify and solve problems affecting quality. Reporting on quality performance metrics and trends. Development and implementation of training programs for employees to ensure understanding and compliance with quality procedures. Verification of employee understanding and compliance with quality procedures. Continuous monitoring and evaluation of quality processes to ensure effectiveness and efficiency. Identification and implementation of best practices in quality management. Participation in internal audits and external certifications (ISO 9001, etc.).
