Our client, the company TFCM, affiliated with the FREGATE Group, which comprises 10 entities and brings together 810 employees, is an industrial company of 220 people, specializing in the manufacturing of metal structure sub-assemblies and complex fine sheet metal parts for aerospace, rail, and urban bus sectors. PRODUCTION MANAGER H/F
MISSION
Reporting to the Operations Director, you will lead all production across 3 production sites, with a constant focus on quality, performance, and customer satisfaction.
You will manage and lead a team composed of 8 workshop managers and 140 operators and technicians spread across 3 sites. As a frontline manager, you will mobilize your teams around common objectives and a shared performance culture.
You will oversee the organization of workshops and the optimization of technical and human resources according to production needs. In close collaboration with the Quality department, you will guarantee the conformity of produced parts and ensure compliance with cost, deadline, and quality standards.
As a true industrial coordinator, you will work transversally with the industrialization, scheduling, quality, purchasing, and HR departments to ensure the fluidity of operations and coherence between sites.
As a true manager, you will initiate and lead continuous improvement projects aimed at strengthening productivity, quality, and safety. You will also participate, with management, in defining medium and long-term development and investment strategies.
PROFILE
With an engineering degree with a mechanical specialization, you have proven experience in managing production teams, acquired in a demanding industrial context. You are accustomed to working in a multi-series, multi-reference production environment involving a certain complexity in terms of physical and IT flow management. Knowledge of welding, sheet metal work, bending, or assembly would be a plus.
You have natural leadership in decision-making, motivation, and team management. A hands-on person, with a genuine taste for operations and technical aspects, you are eager to fully invest yourself in a rapidly expanding SME operating in growing sectors.
CONDITIONS
Compensation: €50-60 K
Location: Position based in Damvix, (located in the heart of the Marais Poitevin, 25 minutes from Fontenay le Comte, 30 minutes from Niort, and 35 minutes from La Rochelle)
6 RTT days, Health Insurance, Profit Sharing
