Production Manager (M/F)

Our client, an innovative company specializing in sterilization and reprocessing of medical devices, is launching a new strategic unit in Yverdon. As part of this launch phase, we are mandated to recruit a Production Manager. Reporting to the operational management team, you will be a key player in the launch and ramp-up of the site. You will oversee all production operations in a high-quality and regulatory environment where rigor, efficiency, and human engagement are fundamental. Your responsibilities include: Gestion des opérations - You organize, plan, and supervise all steps of reprocessing medical devices (DMx): reception, sorting, cleaning, sterilization, packaging, and shipping. - You ensure perfect coordination of resources, maintenance, logistics, emergency response, and production planning. - You guarantee compliance with quality standards, safety, hygiene, and traceability, respecting ISO 13485 requirements. Pilotage d'équipe et excellence opérationnelle - You structure and coordinate production teams (planning, objectives, supervision), ensuring their competence growth and engagement in a continuous improvement logic. - You are a driving force for optimizing flows, introducing performance tools (LEAN, Six Sigma, etc.), and structuring indicators (KPI). Coordination transversale - You work closely with Quality, Maintenance, Hygiene, Validation, IT, and Client teams to ensure global coherence of the activity. - You are the guarantor of fluid exchanges, non-conformity resolution, and site auditability preparation. - You play a key role in structuring the site and industrializing processes, within a launch context. Your profile includes: Formation supérieure en gestion de production, ingénierie des procédés ou filière technique équivalente. Expérience significative de 5 à 10 ans dans un environnement réglementé (retraitement DMx, dispositifs médicaux, pharmaceutique, hospitalier, etc.), with management of teams on site. Maîtrise des référentiels qualité (ISO 13485, BPR) and methodologies LEAN/Six Sigma. A certification in team management, sterilization (STE2 / CFC TDM), or strong motivation to train is a differentiating asset. You are structured, resilient, proactive, and naturally endowed with leadership. Languages: French fluent, English professional required, German appreciated.
