Capitaine Cook, founded in 1877, is part of the gustative and culinary heritage of Brittany. The company belongs to the Groupement Les Mousquetaires, which counts among the leaders of the market for own brands in France.

The Plozévet site specializes in the manufacture of canned goods based on marine products (sardines, mackerel, tuna...), soups, pâtés, sauces, and salads.

Description du poste

Rattaché(e) to the Director of Production Unit, and member of the Management Committee, your role will be:

• Be the guarantor of production program realization: determine production objectives (cost, deadlines, quality, quantity), define and follow with the Direction the industrial policy and the evolution of production means.
• Realize improvement and performance actions for the company: be a driving force in exploiting industrial tools to ensure productivity, flexibility, sustainability, and security.
• Pilot and manage teams in an ongoing improvement spirit: coach team leaders and participate in defining social policy by developing employee skills.
• Be guarantor of respect for safety, quality, and food safety.

Qualifications

• You hold a higher education degree and justify a solid industrial experience of at least 5 years.
• A true communicator, you gather and federate your teams.
• You are capable of evolving in a challenging environment, investing in different transverse projects, and adapting priorities.

Informations complémentaires

You have at least 5 years of professional experience in a similar role and/or production management in the agro-food industry. 

You are capable of evolving in a challenging environment, investing in different transverse projects, and adapting priorities.

You hold a university or technical degree in industrial engineering, production management, or a related field (Bac +5 / Engineer level).
